Due to INTERNATIONAL POSTAL DELAYS PLEASE SEND YOUR SAMPLES ASAP PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. (UK one week minimum, rest of world minimum 4 weeks) It will not affect the accuracy of the results as I am looking for homeopathic signatures, not live pathogens. INITIAL APPOINTMENTS MUST SEND SAMPLES (with the exception of certain countries where posting internationally is difficult). FOLLOW UPS CAN CHOOSE TO POST SAMPLES EVERY SECOND APPOINTMENT if they prefer to do that, but samples are also welcome for every appointment for those who would like the scan each time. I would recommend sending samples if you feel a lot of support is required at the next appointment, so send them if in doubt.
For a detailed scan (part of the full consultation) I will need;
Cut a hair sample, close to root, a "lock" of hair amount about 4-5mm wide. NEW PATIENTS SEND AS IT IS. FOR FOLLOW UPS PLEASE CUT THE SAMPLE AGAIN SO THAT YOU SEND INCH CLOSEST TO SCALP ONLY AND DISCARD THE ENDS (as the ends will have old information and could skew the progress and changes seen in the scan)
Nail clippings (minimum 4, preferably more. can be finger or toe)
Saliva (just swab a cotton bud)
HOW TO SEND
Place the hair in folded paper
Place the nail clippings in a separate folded paper
Purchase new pack of cotton buds (so it will be sterile). Take a swab, cut in half, and put the swabbed end in either a "pill pouch" or small sandwich bag. This is what a pill pouch is https://www.amazon.co.uk/Pill-Pouch-Reusable-Plastic-Organizer/dp/B074JJJKDQ.
The pill pouch/sandwich bag/paper should be previously unused, please do not reuse homeopathic remedy pouches.
Put all three in a card (an old Christmas card for example) which will make for easier posting and provide protection, place in an envelope and send to

It can usually be sent in a card or letter if you keep the samples small but I advise using tracked postage . If there is a customs form most carriers will accept "hair samples" , "samples", etc. DO NOT PUT HIGH VALUE AS THERE WILL BE CUSTOMS FEES TO ADD TO YOUR APPOINTMENT CHARGES! IF A VALUE IS MANDATORY ON THE FORM PUT $1 OR YOUR LOCAL EQUIVALENT (UK charges customs if over a few pounds)
